This notice describes how Paralex, Inc. ("Paralex", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website, paralex.ai (the "Site"). The Site is an informational site about our company and products. It does not provide legal services and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Our products, including FDDHub, are governed by their own privacy policies, available on their own websites. If you use FDDHub, the FDDHub privacy policy applies to that use, not this notice.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you send: your name, email address, subject, and message. If you book a call through our scheduling link, the scheduling provider collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. The Site uses privacy-focused, aggregate web analytics to understand page visits and performance. This analytics service does not use cookies for tracking and does not build individual visitor profiles. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request.

The Site does not use advertising cookies, does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to you, to follow up on your inquiry, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We use analytics and log data to operate, secure, and improve the Site. We do not use Site data to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you: our hosting and analytics provider, our transactional email provider (which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox), our scheduling provider, and our business email provider. Each acts on our instructions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

Retention

We keep contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain our business records, and then delete or anonymize them. Server logs and analytics data are retained by our providers for limited periods under their own policies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by emailing hello@paralex.ai. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, including California and Canada, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we honor those rights on request.

Security and international transfers

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. The Site is hosted in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, the information you provide is transferred to and processed in the United States.

Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
